  1. Is your internet connection active?  Check this by trying to go to another website.  If you are not able to get anywhere on the internet, try rebooting your router, modem and/or computer.
  2. if using a Microsoft Operating system, close all your programs and reboot the machine.  Lots of software issues are resolved by a simple reboot.
  3. Verify that your domain name has not expired.
